As students transition to the higher education setting, responsibility shifts from the institution to the student with regards to connecting with support resources, initiating processes, and leading communication. Students make choices, take actions, and face the natural outcomes and consequences of their decisions.

OSAS prioritizes building strong, effective relationships with each student affiliated with our office. While not advocates for students, OSAS team members are eager to serve as support resources, helping to empower students in their own self-determination and resilience, and as they navigate their own successes and challenges faced throughout their higher education experience.
