World Mental Health Day is observed on the 10th of October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Today, like every other day, we want to show our active support and appreciation to our ever growing communities with disabilities, including those who experience disabilities related to mental health. USC offers Mental Health services to all students, regardless of DSP status. Additionally, our Student Health program offers one-on-one and group services, as needed. From here, Mindful USC offers a variety of fun and engaging activities for those who are seeking to make positive changes in the world and themselves by building a culture of mindfulness and compassion. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to connect with your primary Specialist, as we are always happy to provide additional resources and guidance for you.
