Mental Health Awareness Month 2021

OSAS highlights the month of May by focusing on the healing value of connecting in safe ways, prioritizing our mental health, and acknowledging that it's okay not to be okay. Mental Health Awareness Month started in 1949 by Mental Health America (MHA). This year's theme is continuing on from 2020, #Tools2Thrive.
